Dear EmpowerHER Community, 

I am writing this letter with a heart overflowing with gratitude and a spirit fueled by the unwavering belief that every woman should have the opportunity to pursue and achieve her dreams. I write not as someone who has it all figured out, but as a kindred spirit who, like many of you, once grappled with self-doubt and the illusion of being unprepared for greatness.

After countless nights spent dreaming about establishing a foundation for women, I convinced myself that certain milestones had to be checked off before I could become a founder of an organization. Despite my efforts of self-sabotage, a series of divine whispers reached my ears, echoing the simple truth that “There is no reason I can't do the things I want to do”. 

Purpose has a special characteristic where it likes to take up real estate in your heart without request. Those words became the catalyst for a profound transformation in my mindset, and as I began to believe in His promise, God began to reveal a vision for EmpowerHER Foundation. 

In that transformative moment, EmpowerHER Foundation was born not out of perfection but out of obedience—a willingness to take the leap despite the lingering shadows of self-doubt. It was a realization that God didn't demand perfection; He desired a heart ready to make a difference. 

Acknowledging the significance of empowering women, I came to realize that the essence of setting goals is not solely about achieving them on the first attempt. Instead, goals serve as guiding lights, directing us toward growth and accomplishment. The journey of growth is not a destination but an ongoing process, marked by moments of joy and disappointment, victories, and setbacks.
